Officers from the Westchester County Police Department were dispatched to the Mount Kisco Cinema on Main Street shortly before 9:15 p.m. on Monday, April 2, where there was a reported assault of a 16-year-old boy.
Investigators said that the boy was attending a movie at the theater when he was punched in the face during an argument with another minor. Police noted that the victim was unable to provide officers with a description of his assailant due to the dark nature of the theater when he was hit.
